I always have cravings between meals and this is one of my favorite snacks:
caprese! This is a simple dish with only a few ingredients.
2 medium tomatoes
1 lb fresh mozerella
basil leaves
extra-virgin olive oil
balsamic vinaigrette
1. Slice tomatoes into 1/4 in. thick slices
2. Slice mozerella into 1/4 in. thick slives
3. Top with basil leaves
4. Splash extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette to taste
5. Add coarse salt and pepper
