Under the shatter nail polish, I applied 2 coats of Sephora by OPI's It's bouquet with me. I ended up not liking the shatter nail polish as much as I anticipated on liking it. I honestly think it's only appropriate for Halloween, but it does what it claimed to do. It crackled within 30 seconds and dries fast. It looks much better with a top coat. With one coat of the shatter nail polish, it leaves a cheetah print and with two coats, it leaves a more defined crackle, like in the picture above.have a great weekend everyone
